提出了极间自混氧钛合金电火花加工(EDM)方法。利用工作介质中的过氧化氢添加剂在加工区域自动产生氧气的方式,使极间处于氧气和液体混合存在的状态,有效改善钛合金EDM性能。研究了极间自混氧对材料去除率(MRR)、相对电极损耗(EWR)和表面质量(SQ)的影响。结果表明:材料去除率、相对电极损耗和表面粗糙度均随过氧化氢溶液含量的增加呈先增长后下降的趋势,电导率可作为过氧化氢溶液含量的衡量依据。
An electrode EDM method was proposed. The use of hydrogen peroxide in the working medium additives in the processing area automatically generate oxygen in the way between the oxygen and liquid exist in a mixed state, effectively improve the performance of titanium alloy EDM. The effect of inter-electrode self-mixing oxygen on material removal rate (MRR), relative electrode loss (EWR) and surface quality (SQ) was investigated. The results show that the material removal rate, the relative electrode loss and the surface roughness increase first and then decrease with the increase of the content of hydrogen peroxide solution, and the conductivity can be used as the basis of the hydrogen peroxide solution content.
