Before and after World War II, the Soviet Union ensured its own safety and interests through the implementation of “self-protection policy” and “peace strategy.” At the same time, however, the nationalistic egocentrism of the Soviet Union also experienced a vicious expansion. For its own security and interests, it has developed from trivializing the territory, sovereignty and interests of the neighboring small countries to the detriment of the interests of its allies and strictly controlling its allies. These practices by the Soviet Union have had a negative impact on the poor. The reason is that the Soviet Union has not put the special status formed in history into full play. The second is the influence of historical factors. Drawing lessons from the Soviet Union, we should unswervingly implement the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence in the handling of our foreign relations.
