1发芽实验发芽试验的目的是确认种子发芽率,测定种子批的最大发芽潜力。从种子袋上、中、下等不同部位分别取种,混合后取出100粒;在盘子内铺上双层纱布,用水将纱布完全润湿后,将种子均匀铺在纱布上,上面再覆盖上3层纱布,放到火炕上催芽。保持纱布湿润,且温度在28~30℃。第4天调查种子发芽数,以公式(发芽率=发芽种子数/供检测种子数×100%)计算种子发芽势;第7天调查种子发芽数,计算种子发芽率,7d后仍未发芽
