以体育杂志为主要研究对象,从内容、编辑和出版三方面来探讨其生存之道。结论认为,在内容选择上要以明星为主打内容,重视专题策划和软新闻、花边新闻的组稿,重视文章的标题、体裁及内容的生动形象性,开设高质量的互动栏目;在编辑上要重视图片的视觉效果和图文结合技巧,把封面和杂志的附加产品作为重大卖点来策划,特别重视杂志的纸张及色彩等细节,且要有一定的容纳量和高互动率的栏目;在出版上的措施有:专项化、小众化,三次售卖,缩短出版周期,厚度化和价格战等。
