村级集体经济,是农村社会主义经济的重要组成部份,也是加强农村“两个文明”建设的物质基础。浙江金华市随着农村改革的深化和乡镇企业的发展,村级集体资金容量相应增加。全市5,900多个村,村级集体经济1989年总收入13,849万元,比1988年增长14.8％,比1987年增长42.57％。管好用活这笔资金,对于提高农村自我积累,自我调节和自我发展能力,推动发展集体经济将起很大作用。然而,近年来,由于对农村集体资金管理缺乏严格的自我约束与民主监督机制,加之会计队伍不稳定和人员素质不高,一些地方出现不同程度的混乱现象。全市1989年农村集体资金开支大于收入的村占总村数
Village-level collective economy is an important part of rural socialist economy and a material basis for strengthening “two civilizations” in rural areas.
