目的:考察蛇床子素及其β-环糊精包合物在不同溶出介质中的溶出行为。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定蛇床子素和包合物分别在人工胃液、人工肠液、15%乙醇、30%乙醇、0.2%十二烷基硫酸钠的人工胃液、0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠的人工胃液中的溶出速率。结果:蛇床子素和包合物在人工胃液、人工肠液中溶出太少,不能满足测定务件,在0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠的人工胃液中,溶出很快,不能完全区分二者的溶出度差异,用含0.2%十二烷基硫酸钠的人工胃液作溶出介质,效果较好。结论:介质对蛇床子素及包合物的溶出有很大影响,但在所有溶出介质中包合物的溶出速率均快于蛇床子素,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
Objective: To investigate the dissolution behavior of osthol and its β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex in different dissolution media. METHODS: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine osthole and inclusion compound in simulated gastric juice, artificial intestinal fluid, artificial ethanol solution of 15% ethanol, 30% ethanol, 0.2% sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.5% Dissolution rate in artificial gastric juice of sodium dialkyl sulfate. RESULTS: The osthole and inclusion compound dissolved too little in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal fluid and could not meet the requirements for measurement. In the artificial gastric juice with 0.5% sodium dodecyl sulfate, the dissolution was rapid and the two could not be completely distinguished. The difference in the dissolution rate is that the artificial gastric juice containing 0.2% sodium lauryl sulfate is used as a dissolution medium, and the effect is good. CONCLUSION: The dissolution of osthole and clathrates is greatly affected by the medium, but the dissolution rate of clathrates is faster than osthole in all dissolution media, and there is a significant difference (P<0.05).
