公正是知识型员工绩效评估的核心。首先,在组织公正和场景概念的基础上,定义公正场景的概念并给出其一般框架表示;其次,根据组织公正理论,结合绩效评估系统功能,建立基于组织公正的知识型员工绩效评估系统的概念模型。最后,根据建立的概念模型,对绩效评估系统中的制定评估程序公正场景和实施评估公正场景这两个实例,分别分析其侧面及可枚举的值域并给出其框架表示。文中设计的公正场景提供一种符合管理需要,能够有效地被管理者用来提高绩效评估中被评价者知识型员工的公正感的模型,其框架表示可以被应用于知识型员工绩效评估系统知识管理软件开发。
Justness is the core of performance evaluation of knowledge workers. First of all, based on the concept of organizational justice and scene, the concept of fairness scene is defined and its general frame representation is given.
