我厂生产的新产品,用途特殊,质量要求高。根据产品的技术要求,我们按照一机部通用机械研究所制订的“对铬镍奥氏体不锈耐酸钢晶间腐蚀操作规则”中的快速硫酸铜法(B法)、硝酸法(E法)进行了试验,现就操作中的实际体会作些介绍,仅供参考。试样制造腐蚀试验所用的试块,因材料形状的不同,制造方法也不同,一般可以从验收交货试验的焊接检查板上切取,或从尺寸大于250×160毫米的专用试样上切取。试样按图1以机械加工切取,其长度与宽度为80×20毫米,厚度一般按照钢板试样厚度决定,当钢板厚度≤10毫米时,取两个试样,厚度为钢板厚度减
I plant the production of new products, special purpose, high quality requirements.
