目的 :探讨泰福康胶囊的抗肿瘤药理作用。方法 :通过灌胃给药 ,观察本品对荷瘤 (腹水型、实体型肝癌和S1 80 )小鼠的瘤重、生存时间、免疫功能、耐力的影响以及对兔耳皮下瘀血斑的影响。结果 :本品明显抑制小鼠实体型肝癌(H2 2 )及 S1 80 的生长 ;延长 H2 2 腹水型小鼠的生存时间 ;增强荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能 ;提高脾虚小鼠的耐力 ,抑制醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应和促进兔耳皮下瘀血斑的吸收。结论 :本品具有抑制肿瘤生长 ,延长荷瘤小鼠生存时间 ,提高免疫功能 ,镇痛和促进皮下瘀血的吸收 Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor pharmacological effects of tifukang capsule.
