为探究网络经济时代企业如何充分利用外部资源实现商业模式创新,本研究基于开放式创新视角,以关系学习为中介变量,企业开放度为调节变量,构建了组织忘记影响商业模式创新的理论模型,并运用相关分析与回归分析方法,对320份有效样本进行了实证分析。结果显示:组织忘记对商业模式创新具有正向影响;关系学习在组织忘记与商业模式创新之间起中介作用;企业开放度正向调节关系学习对商业模式创新的影响;企业开放度正向调节关系学习在组织忘记与商业模式创新之间的中介效应。
In order to explore how to make full use of external resources to realize business model innovation in the era of network economy, based on the open innovation perspective, this study takes relationship learning as mediating variable and enterprise openness as adjusting variables, constructs a theoretical model that the organization forgets to influence the innovation of business model, Using the correlation analysis and regression analysis, 320 valid samples were empirically analyzed. The results show that organizational forgetting has a positive impact on business model innovation, relational learning plays an intermediary role between organizational forgetting and business model innovation, enterprise openness positively regulates the impact of relationship learning on business model innovation, and enterprise openness is positively regulated Relational learning mediates between organizational forgetting and business model innovation.
