“国家发改委鼓励发展大功率、高效的商用车。”国家发改委工业司副司长陈斌说,支持混合动力汽车的研发,并且要提高商用车和混合动力汽车的整体舒适性、环保性等。到2010年,实现新车平均单车百公里油耗比2005年降低15%的目标。这无疑给企业发出了一个信号:国家发改委支持发展大功率、高效率商用车的同时,对商用车节能降耗方面要求也更严格。
