经系统地试验研究和批量试生产表明,碳素(C≥0.2%)及低合金钢冷轧(拔)后的专用成品钢管采用多边化热处理新工艺,与其常规热处理工艺比较,其产品强度高、尺寸精和表面光洁,而塑性也足以满足使用要求。因此,采用该工艺生产的碳素及低合金钢管,可以代替部分合金钢管使用。钢管冷形变后的中间在制品采用适宜的软化热处理制度,以创造位错的遗传条件,并使其与多边化热处理工艺相结合,将可充分发挥钢管的强度潜力。
