跨栏跑技术动作比较复杂,在教学时不但要具有良好的身体素质,而且对心理方面的要求也较高。因此,教师在平时教学过程中应根据运动项目的特点合理灵活地运用多种心理训练方法;教学过程中教师应多给学生一些激励和鼓励,这对培养他们的兴趣、自信等心理品质都会产生深远的影响。本文对跨栏跑教学中学生心理障碍产生的原因与对策进行了初步探讨,并提出一些相应的解决方法。
