试制一种特殊的T型三通管结构取样器,8个取样孔均匀布置在管壁周围,取样孔上游布置有旋流叶片用于流型调整。研究气液两相流通过该分配器的流动特性。采用Euler气液两相流模型和雷诺应力模型,通过数值模拟方法分析节流元件尺寸对分配器分流特性的影响,并在多相流试验环道上开展试验研究。结果表明:旋流取样分配器特性受节流元件尺寸影响显著,前后压力场的变化是分流系数发生变化的根本原因。
Trial production of a special T-type tee structure sampler, eight sampling holes evenly arranged around the tube wall, the sampling hole is arranged upstream of the swirling blade for flow pattern adjustment. The flow characteristics of the gas-liquid two-phase flow through the distributor were investigated. Euler gas-liquid two-phase flow model and Reynolds stress model were used to analyze the influence of throttling element size on distributor flow distribution characteristics by numerical simulation. Experimental studies were carried out on multiphase flow test runner. The results show that the characteristics of the swirling sampling distributor are significantly affected by the size of the throttling element, and the change of the pressure field before and after the flow is the root cause of the shunt coefficient changing.
