思想政治教育是社会或社会群体用一定的思想观念,道德规范对其成员施加有目,有计划,有组织的影响。它能够左右人的需求与动机,并影响人的气质与性格,对人的意志过程,挫折心理等方面有很大影响。对于军队来说,军人的思想,情感,意志,决心,作风,气节等精神因素的凝结也就是他们的战斗精神。思想政治教育对军队战斗力的影响不容小觑。
Ideological and political education is the social or social groups with a certain amount of ideological and moral norms to exert a focused, planned and organized influence on their members. It can affect people’s needs and motivation, affect people’s temperament and personality, and have a great impact on people’s will process and setback psychology.
