1 乳产量1.1 概述2014年是全球乳产量增长创记录的一年.由于产量增长迅猛,所有种群乳总产量超过8亿t.总体增长率超过3％,这在IDF对全球乳产量收集的数据历史中非常罕见.乳产量增长3％的情况是几乎所有主要产区出现的良好增长势头造成的后果.对于重要的出口地区如欧洲和大洋洲来说,2013年和2014年初期全球市场的利好形势导致的高奶价,推动了乳产量的大幅增长.北美洲的乳产量增长较为平缓,但仍高于长期平均水平.中国的乳产量从2013年的困难时期强势反弹.印度则一直持续其连续数年的增长率5％以上.其它报告中的几乎所有国家中,都不存在不利的天气条件.这意味着除日本、阿根廷和乌克兰外,没有主要产区出现负增长率而拉低全球的平均水平.
