一、引言随着工业的发展和人类社会的进步,人们对噪声的影响愈益重视,纷纷投入力量进行研究与探讨,以期尽可能降低噪声对环境的污染,改善人们的生活与工作条件。而美妙和谐的音乐,既是愉快的艺术欣赏与享受,又能产生良好的心理、生理反应,对某些疾病还能产生独特的治疗效果。因此,定量地分析噪声与语音(特别是乐声、歌声等)信号,了解其频谐分布(振幅谱、相位谱与功率谱),并进行相关分析,进而为降低工业噪声、提高乐器生产质量等提供科学依据,这必将产生明显的经济效益与社会效益。
