15MnVN鋼为我国九江长江大桥鋼梁将采用的基材。九江长江大桥是一座铁路公路两用大跨度桥梁,将承受高速列车的动力加载。本试验利用J_R阻力曲线法在三种不同加载速度(△为8.33×10~(-3),4.2~9.6×10~(-1)和1.5×10~2mm/S)和常温到-140℃温度范围的条件下进行15MnVN鋼56毫米厚板基材的断裂韧性试验。对于相同材料,同时进行了在三种应变速率(ε为3.33×10~(-4),1.80×10~(-2)和6.89 1/s下不同温度时的J_ε,σ_b,δ_5及(?)值的测试。本试验对于断裂力学应用于桥梁建设,尤其是铁路桥梁建设,提供了重要的参考数据。
