目的研究荔枝草Salvia plebeia全草的化学成分。方法运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、开放ODS柱色谱和制备薄层色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质及波谱数据分析等手段鉴定化合物的结构。结果从荔枝草全草70%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为5,6-二羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(1)、5,6,3′-三羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(2)、泽兰黄酮(3)、高车前苷(4)、芹菜素(5)、线蓟素(6)、6-甲氧基柚皮素(7)、大黄素(8)、马斯里酸(9)、isorosmanol(10)、(-)-epiloliolide(11)。结论其中化合物11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、6、9、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Salvia plebeia. Methods Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatography and preparative TLC were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified according to physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of the whole plant of Lychee, and were identified as 5,6-dihydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone (1), 5,6,3’-tris Hydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone (2), Zeeland flavone (3), homosatin (4), apigenin (6), silymarin (7), Emodin (8), Masri (9), isorosmanol (10), (-) - epiloliolide (11). CONCLUSION Compound 11 was isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1, 2, 6, 9 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
