微小RNA(miRNA)是一类在转录后水平调控基因表达的非编码性小RNA。幽门螺杆菌感染增加胃癌高发的风险,研究表明miR-375在胃癌组织和幽门螺杆菌感染的胃黏膜组织中均低表达,提示miR-375在胃癌发生发展中可能具有重要作用,前者有可能作为胃癌基因治疗新的靶标。本文综述miR-375生物学功能及与胃癌的相关研究。
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of non-coding small RNAs that regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. Helicobacter pylori infection increases the risk of gastric cancer. The results show that miR-375 is low expressed in gastric cancer and H.pylori-infected gastric mucosa, suggesting miR-375 may play an important role in the development of gastric cancer. The former may be used as A new target of gastric cancer gene therapy. This review summarizes the biological functions of miR-375 and its correlation with gastric cancer.
