中国银联支付学院对内承担服务、支撑企业战略,打造银联全业务全流程学习平台的角色;对外又要服务产业需求,打造产业级别的学习平台、营销平台和交流平台,助力银联发挥产业引领作用。这对银联支付学院的课程开发提出了较高要求。经过不断摸索,我们总结出了一个以“ADDIE模型”为原型、以课程开发人员担任方法论专家、以业务专家担任课程开发人员,结合课程开发、讲师培养、培训组织、培训评估的教学设计方法。银联的教学设计始终坚持如下纲领:承接战略、紧贴业务、推动绩效、任务导向。设计过程具体包括战略分析、任务分析、项目规划、课程开发、讲师培养、项目实施、持续改进七个部分。我们以银

It also serves industry needs and builds an industry-level learning platform, marketing platform and communication platform to help CUP play an industry-leading role . This puts forward higher requirements for CUP payment course development. After continuous exploration, we summarize a teaching design with “ADDIE Model” as the prototype, curriculum developers as methodologists, business experts as curriculum developers, curriculum development, training of lecturers, training organizations and training assessment method. UnionPay’s teaching design has always adhered to the following program: to undertake the strategy, cling to business, promote performance, mission-oriented.
