北京市经济发展水平在全国居于前列,正努力建设成为生态城市,保护并合理利用森林资源,对改善生态环境、促进经济与环境协调发展意义重大。文章运用1978～2006年森林覆盖率、林木采伐量等代表性指标,分析了北京市森林资源指标随地区经济发展变化的特征,并根据实证分析结果,探讨了森林资源变化与经济增长之间的关系,为经济与环境的协调发展提供客观的参考依据。
Beijing’s economic development ranks in the forefront of the country and efforts are being made to build itself into an eco-city. The protection and rational utilization of forest resources is of great significance to improving the ecological environment and promoting the coordinated development of economy and environment. This paper analyzes the characteristics of forest resources index in Beijing according to the regional economic development from 1978 to 2006 with the representative indexes of forest coverage and tree harvesting. Based on the results of empirical analysis, this paper discusses the relationship between forest resources change and economic growth Relations, provide an objective reference for the coordinated development of economy and environment.
