农村普遍实行了家庭联产承包责任制后,储粮结构随之发生了变化,由原来的村队集体储粮变为家家户户存粮,由于农民储粮技术差,储粮损失很严重。据调查,农户储存一年的粮食虫蚀率高达40％以上,绝对损失2％至6％不等,有的还滥用“1065”等剧毒农药储粮,导致了入畜伤亡事故。这就向社会提出了一个严重的问题:农户储粮问
After the implementation of the household contract responsibility system in rural areas, the grain storage structure changed from the original village collective grain storage to household household grain storage.
