Rockwell International decided to complete a Sabir trial by the mid-1990s in order to identify the feasibility of the Sabir program and provide real data for the study. Sabir is a plan for a network of space-based operations platforms in SDI. This platform is equipped with interceptor missiles capable of intercepting enemy ballistic missiles in the outer atmosphere at the boost and the final boost. At the end of the segment, the interception effect is better because the missile has not released more warheads before the segment.
