本文报导了用脑电图对一Huntington舞蹈病家系的有关成员进行检查,查出脑电图异常者7名(含先证者)。笔者通过七年的追踪调查发现其中有3名到达发病年龄的后代已患病。此表明借助脑电图可筛选出患者同胞与后代中Huntiogton舞蹈病的携带者。 This article reports the use of electroencephalography (EEG) to examine a member of a Huntington’s chorea pedigree and detect 7 abnormal EEG abnormalities (including probands). After seven years of follow-up investigation, I found that three of the offspring who reached the age of onset were already sick. This indicates that EEG can screen out carriers of Huntiogton chorea in their siblings and offspring.
