本文从目前水电站调速系统出厂试验的不完整性开始讨论,提出了在调速系统控制器内部嵌入水轮机及发电机仿真模型,与调速设备组成闭环系统,来实现出厂前系统的动态模拟试验。文章提出了建立控制对象数字模型的方法,给出了具体实现策略,并联合仿真模型进行了详细的机组开机、扰动、甩负荷等动态调节试验。文章认为该技术简单、实用、通用性强,能进一步提高系统的性能及可靠性,具有较强的推广应用价值。
This paper starts from the incompleteness of factory test of speed governing system in hydropower station at present. It puts forward that the simulation model of hydraulic turbine and generator is embedded in the controller of speed governing system, and the closed loop system is formed with speed regulating equipment to realize the dynamic simulation test . In this paper, a method to establish numerical model of control object is put forward. Specific implementation strategies are given. Combined with the simulation model, a detailed dynamic adjustment test such as power-on, disturbance and load shedding is carried out. The article holds that the technology is simple, practical and versatile, which can further improve the system performance and reliability and has strong promotion and application value.
