目的探讨营养教育对糖尿病患者的应用,并评价其实施效果。方法利用集体授课,个别辅导,食物演示和操作等方法 ,对36例糖尿病患者进行糖尿病营养学知识,血糖等指标检测方面的营养教育。结果 6个月后,营养教育对象的空腹血糖、餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白等指标均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论营养教育有利于提高糖尿病患者对血糖等相关指标的认识水平和自身护理水平。
Objective To explore the application of nutrition education to patients with diabetes mellitus, and to evaluate its implementation effect. Methods The methods of collective teaching, individual counseling, food demonstration and operation were used to evaluate nutrition education in 36 cases of diabetes patients with diabetes nutrition knowledge and blood glucose. Results After 6 months, the indexes of fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly decreased in nutrition education subjects (P <0.01). Conclusion Nutrition education is helpful to improve the level of awareness and self-care of diabetic patients on blood glucose and other related indicators.
