本文介绍了54室敞开式焙烧炉的设计技术性能和工艺特点.结合生产实践经验对该炉的热平衡进行了计算和分析.对采用煤气焙烧技术也进行了探讨,提出增开第四火焰系统可使焙烧炉增产近10000t/a.火焰移动周期从设计的37h延长为40~48h,进入净化设备的烟气温度从过去的40~60℃提高到70~100℃.烟气中的沥青焦油含量经测定低于国家排放标准,湿法三级净化设备的洗涤塔和电收尘器的运转率提高50%.焙烧温度的提高,使焙烧后的阳极炭块质量明显提高.第四火焰系统的点火试验成功,解决了我厂由于焙烧炭块不足而直接影响年产铝锭5万吨的问题;初步解决了由于烟气温度低而使净化设备长期运转不正常的难题;初步计算年增效益达200万元,同时也为我国同类型的敞开式焙烧炉的增产节资闯出了一条新路.
This article describes the design of 54 chamber open roaster technical performance and process characteristics. The heat balance of the furnace was calculated and analyzed with practical experience.
