1.食物中毒小常识食物中毒是由于吃了被细菌、毒素污染的食物,或本身含有毒素的动植物,如河豚、毒蕈等,引起的急性中毒性疾病。变质食品、污染水源是主要传染源,脏手、餐具和带菌苍蝇是主要传播途径。食物中毒通常起病急骤,伴有腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等急性肠胃炎症状,常有畏寒、发热现象。严重吐泻可引起脱水、酸中毒和休克。
