目的证实复方中药组分防治糖尿病及并发症的有效性以及探讨其作用机制。方法应用链尿菌素复制大鼠糖尿病模型,对复方中药组分进行了药效学实验观察,并对各组动物的血液及某些组织作了一系列相关的指标测定。结果复方中药组分具有一定的降血糖作用,并可降低血浆CRP和TNF-α水平。结论复方中药组分通过抑制糖尿病大鼠的血浆CRP和TNF-α水平,防治糖尿病及其并发症。
Objective To confirm the effectiveness of Chinese herbal compound for prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications and to explore its mechanism. Methods Streptozotocin was used to replicate the diabetic model in rats. Pharmacodynamic experiments were carried out on the components of compound Chinese herbs. A series of related indexes were determined for the blood and some tissues of each group. Results Compound traditional Chinese medicine has certain hypoglycemic effect, and can reduce plasma CRP and TNF-α levels. Conclusion The compound traditional Chinese medicine can prevent and treat diabetes mellitus and its complications by inhibiting plasma CRP and TNF-α levels in diabetic rats.
