目的 探讨血液病患者医院感染的原因和预防措施。方法 对我院 1998年 9月～ 1999年 8月血液科所发生的医院感染 84例进行回顾性统计分析。结果 血液病患者医院感染多见于急性白血病 ,好发部位为呼吸道、口腔、胃肠道和肛周 ,引起医院感染常见病原菌为大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等。结论 对血液病感染的预防措施主要是提高机体的免疫力 ,控制内源性感染
Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures of nosocomial infections in patients with blood diseases. Methods A retrospective statistical analysis was performed on 84 cases of nosocomial infection in our hospital from September 1998 to August 1999 in our hospital. Results Hematopathy patients were more common in hospital with acute leukemia. The predisposing sites were respiratory tract, oral cavity, gastrointestinal tract and perianal area. Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus were the most common pathogens causing hospital infection. Conclusion The prevention of hematological infection is mainly to improve the body’s immunity and control endogenous infections
