本文研究了58例再生障碍性贫血(简称再障)患者骨髓中成纤维样细胞祖细胞的集落形成单位(CFU-F)的变化。结果提示不论急性或慢性再障都存在不同程度骨髓造血微环境的损伤,其损伤的程度和病情有密切的关系。慢性再障患者骨髓的 CFU-F 对支持粒系造血的功能和血清的活力都较正常高,这可能是一种代偿性生理反应。
In this paper, 58 patients with aplastic anemia (aplastic anemia) bone marrow fibroblast-like progenitor cell colony forming units (CFU-F) changes. The results suggest that in both acute and chronic aplastic anemia there are different degrees of myeloid hematopoietic microenvironment damage, the degree of injury and the disease are closely related. CFU-F in the bone marrow of patients with chronic aplastic anemia is more likely to be a compensatory physiologic response as it supports normalized hematopoiesis and serum vitality.
