随着经济社会的发展和森林资源的日益减少,人类对经营森林有更高的要求,高效林、低效林因此而提出。本研究采用森资连清体系数据库资料和线路调查,典型样地分析、试验示范结合的技术路线,对乌江流域现有林生态经济状况的综合分折,明确了低效林的概念,探索其形成原因,提出了以森林生态经济综合功能评价低效林和运用森林生态系统的上位功能及主要经济功能原理的划分类型方法,给定了划分的量化指标。并以优势树种、改造目标、施行的改造技术划出18个低效林经营改造类型,建立改造试验示范区9126.9亩,分析了改造潜力及前景。研究结论丰富了森林生态经济学原理和应用技术以及经营利用技术。低效林改造比新造林投资少、见效快,保护环境,社会经济效益明显。

The conclusions of the study enriched the principles and applied technologies of forest eco-economics and management and utilization technologies.
