提出了一种基于温度变化与装配间隙变化的关系,合理选择太阳模拟器转台轴系装配公差的方法。本文主要分析了温度变化对配合精度的影响,导出了配合间隙随温度变化的计算公式,给出了在环境温度变化较大情况下选择配合公差的依据,并将此理论应用到太阳模拟器三轴转台的结构设计中解决实际问题。试验结果表明,应用该方法选择的配合公差因能够在设计时考虑到环境因素影响,从而保证轴系在恶劣环境下的回转精度。
A method based on the relationship between temperature change and assembly gap variation is proposed, and a reasonable selection of assembly tolerance of the solar simulator turret shaft system is proposed. This paper mainly analyzes the influence of temperature variation on the fitting accuracy, derives the calculation formula of the variation of the fit clearance with temperature, gives the basis for choosing the fit tolerance when the ambient temperature changes greatly, and applies the theory to the solar simulator three Axle turret structural design to solve practical problems. The test results show that the fit tolerances selected by this method can take environmental factors into consideration when designing, so as to ensure the rotation accuracy of the shaft system under harsh environment.
