目的:探究十全大补汤联合肠内营养对食管癌术后患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取80例食管癌术后患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用肠内营养支持治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用十全大补汤联合治疗。观察比较2组患者的免疫指标。结果:治疗结束后,2组患者的CD3、CD8、Ig M、Ig G较治疗前均下降,CD4、CD4/CD8、Ig A较治疗前均升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组上述指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:十全大补汤联合肠内营养可显著改善食管癌术后患者营养状态,提高其免疫功能,可在临床工作中加以推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with enteral nutrition on immune function in postoperative esophageal cancer patients. Methods: Eighty patients with esophageal cancer were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group of 40 cases each. The control group was treated with enteral nutrition. The observation group was treated with Shiquan Dabu Tang combined with the control group. Observe and compare the immune indexes of two groups of patients. Results: At the end of treatment, CD3, CD8, Ig M and Ig G of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, while CD4, CD4 / CD8 and Ig A were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05 ); And the observation group above indicators improved more significantly than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shiquan Dabu Decoction combined with enteral nutrition can significantly improve the nutritional status of esophageal cancer patients after surgery to improve their immune function, which can be used in clinical practice.
