研究了原材料在不同粒径、不同烧结温度条件下所生成钙钛矿锰氧化物热致变色材料的晶粒尺度变化,进而分析了晶粒尺度对材料辐射特性的影响。结果表明:不同粒径原材料在同一烧结温度下烧结的样品晶粒尺度近乎相等,发射率变化幅度相当,相变温度保持不变。同粒径原料在不同温度下烧结,材料晶粒尺度随烧结温度升高而增大;经比较不同晶粒尺度材料的辐射特性,可知大晶粒尺度材料在高温时发射率较高,低温发射率较低,使发射率整体变化幅度提高,而对材料相变温度则几乎没有影响。
The variation of grain size of perovskite manganese oxide thermochromic material with different grain sizes and different sintering temperatures was studied. The effect of grain size on the radiation characteristics of the material was also analyzed. The results show that the grain sizes of the samples sintered at the same sintering temperature are almost the same, the emissivity changes by a wide margin, and the phase transition temperature remains unchanged. When the same grain size material is sintered at different temperatures, the grain size of the material increases with the sintering temperature. By comparing the radiation characteristics of different grain size materials, it can be seen that the large grain size material has higher emissivity at high temperature and low temperature emission The lower the rate, the overall rate of change of emissivity increases, while the phase transition temperature of the material has almost no effect.
