不锈钢螺旋桨叶(图1) 是化工机械设备搅拌器的一个主要部件。采用砂型铸造,制模(实柞模型)较难,并且铸件尺寸精度低,表面质量差,加工成本高。螺旋桨叶实样模型的制造,要求叶片等分误差及扭角误差小,叶片尺寸精度高。由叶片木模经翻砂铸造一组铝合金叶片,加工成实样模型。另外模型的轴毂表面必须有相反的拔模斜度。这些都给实样模型的制造带来一定难度。
Stainless steel propeller blades (Figure 1) are a major component of a chemical machinery mixer. Sand casting, mold (real tussah model) is more difficult, and the casting of low dimensional accuracy, surface quality is poor, high processing costs. The manufacture of the propeller blade real model requires that the blade equinox error and the torsion angle error are small, and the blade size precision is high. By the blade wood mold through the sand casting a group of aluminum alloy blades, processed into real-like model. In addition the model hub surface must have the opposite draft. All of these give the real model a certain degree of difficulty.
