随着天津近几年经济的蓬勃发展,人们要改善住房的需求愈加的强烈,但同时房屋价格的快速攀升,造成了百姓的购房款总额高于百姓的现有流动资金的支付水平,有了融资购房的意愿,给住房信贷市场带来了巨大的发展空间。本文在对天津市住房市场进行基础上,提出了住房信贷新的策略方式,提出了几种针对不同人群的还款方式和新的融资模式,希望给住房信贷的发展提供可借鉴之处。
With the rapid economic development in Tianjin in recent years, the demand for improving housing has become more and more intense. However, at the same time, the rapid rise of housing prices has caused the total purchase amount of ordinary people to surpass the level of the existing liquidity of people, The willingness to finance home purchase has given tremendous room for growth in the housing credit market. Based on the housing market in Tianjin, this paper puts forward a new strategy of housing credit and puts forward several ways of repayments and new financing modes aimed at different groups of people, hoping to provide reference for the development of housing credit.
