对井下水泵常见故障进行分析,将支持向量机理论和网格搜索算法进行融合,对煤矿井下水泵故障与特征频率信息进行处理,进而完成水泵的故障诊断。试验表明,该水泵故障诊断方法时间快、诊断精度高。
The common fault of downhole pumps is analyzed. The support vector machine theory and grid search algorithm are integrated to deal with the fault and characteristic frequency information of underground mine pumps, and then the fault diagnosis of the pump is completed. Experiments show that the pump fault diagnosis method is fast, high diagnostic accuracy.
