国内某钢厂CSP生产线生产2.0mm带钢时F3轧机出现异常振动。为查找振动原因,对其进行三维建模,并由此建立轧机整体有限元模型,通过节点耦合方式实现内部联接,得到轧机前15阶固有频率和振型。分析结果对轧机的设计与分析有一定的参考价值。
F3 rolling mill produced abnormal vibration when 2.0mm strip was produced in a domestic steel mill CSP production line. In order to find out the cause of vibration, the three-dimensional modeling of the rolling mill was carried out and the overall finite element model of the rolling mill was established. The internal coupling was realized by the node coupling method, and the natural frequency and vibration mode of the first 15 steps were obtained. The analysis results have certain reference value to the design and analysis of the rolling mill.
