随着现代航空制造业的快速发展,数控加工技术已经成为航空制造的重要技术,航空零件的设计正在向着整体化、复杂化的方向发展,其设计理念的转变也给数控工艺和编程技术提出了更高的要求。本文在工艺流程和夹具设计及数控编程等多个方面进行了研究,从而总结出航空零件加工流程与形式,希望为数控加工提供一定帮助。
With the rapid development of modern aviation industry, CNC machining technology has become an important technology in the field of aviation manufacturing. The design of aviation components is moving towards integration and complication. The change of its design concept also brings forward the numerical control technology and programming technology higher requirement. This article has carried on the research in many aspects such as the technological process and the fixture design and the numerical control programming, in order to summarize the aviation part processing flow and the form, hoping to provide some help for the numerical control processing.
