目的探讨中小学教师职业紧张反应与呼吸系统疾病的关系以及职业紧张反应的影响因素,为制定相应的防治措施提供科学依据。方法对南充市11所中小学的689名教师的基本信息、职业紧张反应等相关情况进行横断面调查。结果高紧张反应组的中小学教师在任务过重、角色模糊上得分低于正常紧张组教师,在社会支持上得分低于正常紧张组教师,差异有统计学意义;高紧张组教师患慢支炎、慢性鼻窦炎、咽炎和总体呼吸系统疾病的风险分别是正常组教师的3.37,2.02,1.53和1.52倍;紧张反应的主要影响因素有年龄、社会支持、任务过重和呼吸系统疾病患病情况4个因素。结论中小学教师的职业紧张反应与呼吸系统疾病患病情况有关。
Objective To explore the relationship between occupational stress response and respiratory diseases in primary and secondary school teachers and the influential factors of occupational stress response so as to provide a scientific basis for the development of appropriate preventive measures. Methods A total of 689 teachers in 11 primary and secondary schools in Nanchong City were surveyed by cross-sectional survey on the basic information and occupational stress response. Results Primary and secondary school teachers in the high-tension group scored lower than those in the normal group in their tasks and ambiguities, and scored lower than those in the normal group in social support. The difference was statistically significant. The risk of inflammation, chronic sinusitis, pharyngitis and general respiratory diseases were 3.37, 2.02, 1.53 and 1.52 times higher than that of the normal group respectively. The main influencing factors of stress were age, social support, overwork and respiratory diseases Four factors. Conclusions Primary and secondary school teachers’ occupational stress response is related to the prevalence of respiratory diseases.
