中原油田的套损井约占生产井数的1/4,已严重影响了油田的稳产与发展,因此,发展完善井况防治技术,降低套损速度,延长油水井使用寿命,事关中原油田的长远利益。本文详细介绍了套管损坏井下入101.6mm套管延迟固井技术的施工工艺、进井原则、套管设计、延迟水泥浆体系,并对1997年以来推广应用的36口井投产效果进行了分析。
The casing damage in the Zhongyuan oilfield accounts for about 1/4 of the production wells, which has seriously affected the stable production and development of the oilfield. Therefore, developing and perfecting the well conditions prevention and control technology, reducing the casing damage rate and prolonging the service life of oil and gas wells is of great significance to the Central Plains Oilfield Long-term interests. In this paper, the construction technology, drilling principle, casing design and delay grouting system of casing failure well casing under 101.6mm casing failure are introduced in detail in this paper. The commissioning effect of 36 wells which have been popularized and applied since 1997 analysis.
