为提高球团矿抗压强度的测量精度 ,通过分析球团矿在挤压过程中的受力情况 ,设计并制作出液压传动 ,球团矿匀速加压 ,以C80 5 1F0 0 6为核心的微处理器控制系统。软件设计中采用增量限幅、多重比较判断等方法 ,消除瞬时干扰 ,实时、准确地测量出球团矿的抗压强度 ,实现了球团矿抗压强度测试过程的自动化。
In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the pellet compressive strength, by analyzing the stress of the pellet in the extrusion process, a hydraulic drive was designed and produced, the pellets were uniformly pressurized to C80 5 1F0 0 6 Microprocessor control system. In the software design, incremental limiter and multiple comparison and judgment are adopted to eliminate the instantaneous interference and measure the compressive strength of the pellet in real time and accurately, so as to automate the test process of pellet compressive strength.
