微博的衍生,对新闻记者而言既是新闻传播的新渠道,又是增加社会关注的有机实体。即微博从时间记录者、发起者和参与者的层面,对新闻记者的形象提出新要求,若其因自身素养和职业道德相对较差,则会在微博使用、媒介形象塑造中诱发各类问题,如虚假信息等。对此,新闻记者应以微博特点为前提,对个人微博中的媒介形象进行合理营造。
