我院1978年4月曾收治一起误将氟硅酸钠当硷粉制作馒头,引起急性中毒者共92例(其中死亡1例)。现将临床资料较全的62例报告如下:一般资料 62例中男53例,女9例(内孕妇2例)。年龄7～58岁,青壮年占91.8%。食入氟硅酸钠量分别为0.15～4.5克,多为1.5～3克。出现症状时间多在食后10～20分钟。就诊时间为食后7～8小时。症状与体征临床表现以消化道和神经
In April 1978, our hospital had a total of 92 cases of acute poisoning (including 1 case of death) which was mistakenly treated with sodium fluosilicate as alkaline powder. Now more complete clinical data of 62 cases are reported as follows: General Information 62 cases were 53 males and 9 females (2 pregnant women). Age 7 to 58 years old, young and middle-aged accounted for 91.8%. Intake of sodium fluosilicide were 0.15 to 4.5 grams, mostly 1.5 to 3 grams. Symptoms appear more time after eating 10 to 20 minutes.
