在球冠面上分布着一道道环形齿廓而形成的球齿轮是一种新型齿轮。球齿轮机构可用来传递空间球面运动。为推广应用,有必要对球齿轮的加工进行研究。本文在分析球形齿轮的形状特性的基础上,将常规齿轮的范成法加工原理推广应用到球齿轮的加工上,从而形成球齿轮的范成加工方法。在应用范成法的前提下,设计了车削加工与铣削加工方案,并具体设计了一套球齿轮车削加工装置,为球齿轮加工的进一步研究提供了最基本的实验手段
Spherical crown surface distribution of a circular ring gear formed a new type of gear. Ball gear mechanism can be used to transfer space spherical motion. To promote the application, it is necessary to study the processing of the ball gear. Based on the analysis of the shape and characteristics of the spherical gear, this paper generalizes the principle of the normal gear processing into the processing of the ball gear, and forms the processing method of ball gear.
