一年级儿童,发音器官柔软,语言、动作的模仿性强,记忆力也强,是学习听说语言的“最佳发展期”。《牛津英语》在一年级开设,适应了社会发展的需求,符合儿童学习第二语言的特征。但好动是儿童的天性,如果在英语教学的入门阶段,采用单一的直接呈现新词、机械重复、反复朗读的教学方法,肯定不能适应小学生好奇爱动的特点,他们原有的兴趣和学好英语的良好愿望,很快就会丧失殆尽。作为教师如何紧紧抓住课堂教学这块主阵地,让一年级的孩子也能集中注意力,积极参与教学?我认为最关键的是培养学生学习英语的兴趣。
