目的:通过动物模型,探索三叶虫茶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的有效部位。方法:用8%的乙酸大鼠灌肠建立溃疡性结肠炎动物模型,24h后给药,连续14d,观察毛色、粪便、体质量变化情况。造模第14天,观察大鼠结肠病理组织学损伤情况,计算结肠粘膜伤指数(CMDI)。结果:模型组大鼠溃疡形成,阳性对照组和给药组大鼠的CMDI等指标均明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:三叶虫茶能明显减少炎细胞浸润,对溃疡性结肠炎有明显的抵抗作用。
Objective: To explore the effective site of trilobite tea in the treatment of ulcerative colitis through animal models. METHODS: An animal model of ulcerative colitis was established with acetic acid rat enemas and administered 24 hours later for 14 days. Changes in coat color, feces, and body weight were observed. On the 14th day of modeling, the histopathological damage of the colon was observed and the colonic mucosal injury index (CMDI) was calculated. RESULTS: Ulcer formation was observed in the model group, and CMDI and other indicators in the positive control group and the administration group were significantly improved (P<0.01). Conclusion: Trilobite tea can significantly reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells and has a clear resistance to ulcerative colitis.
