广东楼盘在港销售现况地区分析深圳是港人现今最熟悉置业投资的地区,主要是基于地理因素及港人对深圳较熟悉。估计1999年港人购买深圳住宅物业单位数目约为7,000个。估计未来24小时通关和国家入世后,港人在深圳置业将会进入另一个高潮。1992—1996年期间,广州物业在港销售很理想。成绩比深圳物业的销售还要好。不过,过去二三年广州楼盘在香港推出数量不多,宣传也很少,所以香港人对广州房地产的认识和兴趣都减少了。
